What they needed
What would justify an $800-per-window expense for shutters? Timberlane is the world’s premier shutter manufacturer. However, their category was rife with parody. Words like “genuine”, “authentic” and “real wood” were thrown about without any real context or emotion.
What we did
Their passion, skill and meticulous attention to detail was expressed in a brand promise that decommoditize these works of art—elevating them to a collectible status, worthy of their price point.
